I am very happy about this in many ways. I was taken back by some of the features cause they were very interesting. Such as the switch open I guess feature of the thermometer from rectal to oral and under arm. The part that got me was the LED light at the end for rectal. But very handy in a sticky situation. Love the case it comes in.

This is the worst product I've ever paid for. Completely inaccurate readings, looks like it's guessing. Had me bringing my daughter for blood work, X-rays and on several medications for NOTHING. I watched my poor baby go through all those tests in horrible pain because of this product . If I could sue I would. I am absolutely heartbroken for my baby, feeling like it's my fault for not double checking with a different brand first.

Have been using this thermometer for my 5 month old. Over the last week it has been showing he has a fever on and off, causing us to initiate testing with our pediatrician. After so many negative tests we purchased a second (and third) thermometer to compare the results. We found this thermometer consistently reads at least 1-2 degrees higher than any other. Now not only has my baby gone thru unnecessary sinus swabs and blood draws, I'm out hundreds of dollars of copays and fees. This product should not be available for purchase. It's dangerous to have a product on the market that causes parents to test and medicate a baby for no reason.

Bought this 4 months ago and it's never worked properly. I have to reset it multiple times. It stays stuck on REC mode gives inaccurate readings. And I've checked the battery, so it's not that.

absolute garbage. My baby is 5 months old. We bought this 4 months ago. It Gives false readings. I can't change the setting, stuck on REC setting. Error pops up all the time when I turn it on. Have to turn it on and off multiple times to reset. And yes I've checked if it's the battery - it's not.

Completely dissatisfied in this product. I've been treating my son for a fever for two days and I couldn't get my 8 month old sons out of the hundreds. The highest it read was 101.1, but wouldn't go below 100.3… with that being said I treated with ibuprofen and that seemed to lower the temp until it wore off and I got the same 101.1 reading again. I googled it and found multiple negative reviews stating the product has inaccurate temperatures so I truly don't know if my son had a fever or not. This product needs to be recalled and taken off the market. Innocent kids are being taken to the hospital which is what I was about to do if my son went another day with a fever….
